Hi, I'm Monica Muñiz Sharp and I founded Muñiz Business Consulting because I am passionate about bringing big ideas to life.

I spent over 25 years at Apple leading diverse, cross-functional teams in the strategy, design, and delivery of complex, transformational initiatives for Operations, Anti-Fraud, Supply Chain, HR, and more. I worked on ideas and projects that had regional and global impacts to tens of millions customers and to hundreds of internal teams, always mindful of the artful balance of flawlessly running the daily business while seamlessly transitioning to the extraordinary.

I love guiding leaders and teams through the process of defining, designing and delivering big ideas and complex strategies in ways that flex and adapt to the inherent uncertainty of today's world. And, doing it in a close collaboration that respectfully leverages the wisdom, talent, and time of your people.
